THE TECH INDUSTRY DIVERSITY HIRING PRACTICES

The Tech Industry's Diversity Hiring Practice research was conducted by Female Founders Faster Forward (F4) for the EQUALITY FOR ALL initiative that is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #10.3 for equal opportunity without discrimination.


Female Founders Faster Forward (F4) was launched in 2017 to fight for equal opportunity for all. In 2019, F4 aligned our efforts to the UN Sustainable Development Goal #10.3. F4 is actively working towards focusing business and policy leaders on a single goal: equal opportunity for all irrespective of age, ethnicity, gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, and socio-economic status.
